Visual & Typographical Errors
Since common errors are liable to occur, PC CYBER CANADA reserves the right to modify product prices and product images on its website at any given time. Occasionally, there could be cases of visual and/or typographical errors in pricing, item models and/or product description. While we do endeavor to keep these accurate and up to date, it is not impossible for mistakes to arise on our part. Hence, we appreciate constructive feedback from customers that might aid us in improving the online representations of our merchandise. All prices and other monetary amounts appearing on the Website are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Warranty Policy
Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover products for manufacturing defects and will not cover physical damages to the product stemming from misuse, dropping, etc. PC CYBER CANADA’s in-store warranties do not safeguard purchased products against any physical damage or product abuse either, nor do they cover products that have been altered or modified by anyone other than our own service technicians. This includes but is not limited to systems on which ‘liquid cooling’ or ‘overclocking’ has been applied.
To receive warranty service on any product, the product must be brought in with the original invoice and tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed defective, you must fill out an RMA form for the product which will be sent to the supplier for service. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you. Please do not lose this copy because keeping it in a secure location will be your responsibility. PC CYBER CANADA reserves the right to refuse releasing any items left in our possession without the proper RMA form.
Depending on the manufacturer's warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This could take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the supplier of the product.
Returns
PC Cyber computer will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Returned products must retain their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
All returns must be shipped in a secure and well-packaged container. PC CYBER CANADA is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred during the shipping of returned products. Please ship items with the appropriate insurance, packaging and documentation to ensure a safe delivery of products returned to us.
NOTE: Refunds are based on our current market-selling price for the products in question at the time that we receive your returned items. If the price has changed from the original purchase price at time of payment, your refund will be the lesser of these two prices. Unfortunately, we do not offer any price protection on adjustments for any of the items that we sell.
We WILL NOT accept returns on products if any of the following applies:
Parts or items are missing, documentation (originally included) has been written on or modified in some way, physical or shipping damage has occurred.
Electronic Handling Fees (EHF)
Please be advised that your purchase may include an environmental handling fee as required by your provincial government. Used to support provincial recycling and disposal programs, environmental handling fees are collected on products made with materials such as metal, glass, and plastic that can be recycled into other products. Handling fees are also collected on products that may contain substances that are hazardous to the environment. PC Cyber Canada will be obligated to charge environmental handling fees on items that we ship to, deliver to or pick up in provinces or territories where the law requires us to do so. The handling fee amount reflects the applicable rate. These handling fees will be clearly visible during the checkout process (if and when they apply).
